My Call-Back Policy

Note that I do not have crisis or emergency service.
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 988, or your nearest hospital.

What to expect when you leave me a message via phone or contact-form

Hello!

What Will Happen If You Request a Phone Call

I aim for a 20-minute conversation about what you are looking for, what I offer, and if that may be a fit for you and me. If you are part of a couple, I try to speak to both of you before we proceed. There is no fee for this initial conversation. If I am unable to help you I try to find you an appropriate referral.

If you'd like to talk or send an email, please complete the form below; indicate in the message box whether you'd prefer me to email or call.

Turn-Around Time

My policy is to try to email or call back within one or two business days. Please expect a call from a number that may be different than the voicemail number. Please make sure there is room in your message center for me to leave a message for you if you're unavailable to pick up the call, and that your voicemail is set up.

I try to return calls on Monday mornings or Thursday afternoons when I have more time.

Medical Insurance

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance company or group. I am a private-pay therapist and can provide a super-bill for you to present to your insurance provider. Reimbursement is based on your plan and I do not have visibility into this. I apologize that I cannot process insurance plan billing or account for their reimbursement policies.
